Schedule - UPDATED!

Friday:

 • 12:00 -5:00 PM - Meet and greet people arriving  (Notice: If you plan on entering your car into the EECMM car show the following day,  please see Michelle and register! It’s free! Prizes to be awarded to the top 3 cars! You must be registered by 1pm Saturday)
 
 • 5:30 PM - Begin BBQing, settling in

 • 8:00 PM – Cruise the town, check out where Burkey’s Diner, The OC Car Show, and the Car wash  location is, then everyone goes out and has some fun

Saturday:

• 8:00 AM – Breakfast train – (Location to be announced)

• 9:30 AM – Begin any installs that people would like to have done (don’t forget to try and schedule these ahead of time on www.EECMM.com/forum and BRING TOOLS)

• 9:30 AM – 
  o Those wanting to go to the beach – meet up. (Need Beach Meet Organizer)
  o Those wanting to go to the OC Car show – meet up (Josh Cutler is Organizer)
  o Those wanting to go elsewhere meet up and decide

• 12:00 pm – Lunch train – (Location to be announced)

• 1:00 pm – Group Car wash to prep for the EECMM Car show at Burkey’s

• 3:00 – 7:00 pm – Meet at Burkey’s, set up for car show (FREE REGISTRATION - See Michelle before 1pm!), raffle (5PM),  photo shoot, and Dinner.

The EECMM car show will award the top 3 cars (by anonymous vote by EVERYONE) and give prizes from our generous sponsors! Please make sure you show them support, let them know you plan on, or were at EECMM when ordering from them so they know how much coverage they really are getting and how greatful we are for their support!

• 7:00 pm - Cruise from Burkey’s to (Location to be announced)

• 7:30 pm – Those wanting to go to a specific entertainment venue meet up:
  o Movies
  o Mini-Golf
  o Bowling
  o Beach
  o Shopping
  o Bar Hopping (please make sure you are covered by a DD)
  o Other?

Sunday:

• 7:30 am – Breakfast train – (Location to be announced)
 
• 8:30 am – Train commencement to head home
  o North - Meet up
  o South - Meet up
  o West - Meet up
